Our Corporate Services:
Our corporate services are very much determined by yourself and the clients
you wish to entertain. Although we pride ourselves in offering the best
Traditional Scottish Entertainment if you want something that little bit special
then just email us or pick up the phone and we'll see what we can do.Our
artistes will perform at any event which you may have e.g. a formal ball or
Scottish Gala Dinner, Christmas event, small private dinner etc.
Entertainment could involve one of the following -
- Solo Highland Pipers, Solo Drummers & Drum Majors
- Scottish Small Pipe player
- Clarsach / Harpists
- Violinists or Traditional Fiddlers
- Classical Guitarists
- A pre dinner whisky tasting...
For entertainment
we would recommend hiring any of the
following performers -
- Clarsach (or Concert Harp)
- String or 'classical' duet or Trio
- String Quartet
- Jazz Singers
- Jazz Trio (Can be traditional or Contemporary or a mix of both)
- Jazz Quartet (Can be traditional or Contemporary or a mix of both)
- A 3 or 4 Piece Ceilidh Band or Accordion Band to play traditional Scottish music [normally a
mix of Accordions, Fiddle, Guitar]
- Close Up
Magicians who will work the tables
- Caricature Artists who will work the tables
presenting victims with their own Caricature.
- The Haggis Ceremony
- Highland Dancers
Entertainment
- A Pipe Band of sixteen musicians "Beating Retreat" for 10/15 minutes to
bring the evening to a close.
Foot note.... There's no right way or wrong way to do it. Pick what you think
your Clients/Guests would like and what the budget can handle. There are other
things we might suggest but will let you chew over the above before confusing
you with greater choice. The above Acts can be applied to any venue
anywhere in Scotland and some even further a field. Suffice to say, if you think
of anything else which might be appropriate, please ask............ we will be
able to supply it.
All such events are supervised by one of our own Team who
will be on site throughout the evening.
Finally, a quick word about PA Systems. With the exception of the Ceilidh Bands
mentioned above, none of the Artistes would normally carry PA Systems. If the venue does not have
a system, the costs of providing a PA System, if required, will be on top
of any charges quoted should such amplification be deemed necessary.
