Q:
What is the normal make up of a Scottish Gala Dinner?

A:
At most Gala dinners which we provide entertainment the format is to have a piper play guests into the venue, an instrumentalist playing for guests during the drinks reception (Clarsach, Flute, Fiddle, Classical guitar etc), a Haggis Address, Background music during the meal (Jazz, Claasical, Ceilidh, Folk) broken up by some Highland Dancing displays, a Ceilidh Band to provide music for dancing (with possibly a team of Scottish Country Dancers to demonstrate a few dances) and then a Beat Retreat by a pipe band to close the event.... though whatever the client wishes we will provide!
