What are your normal terms?

A:

1. Invoicing:

a) For Corporate Events Invoicing will be after the date of the event, unless there are down payments to be made to Artiste(s) i.e to secure a booking. Payment of Invoices will be due no more than 30 days after receipt of invoice.

b) For Private Weddings a 10% Deposit will be required with order and the remaining 90% payable on invoicing 10 days prior to the wedding.

2. Cancellation of bookings is subject to the following terms.

a) Any payments made to the Artiste prior to the event i.e. to secure their services, will be invoiced 100% to the client regardless of when cancellation occurs.

b) After acceptance of the quote, either by email or in writing,  cancellation by the client prior to 30 days of the event, for whatever reason, may result in a charge of 50% of the agreed fee to the client.

c) After acceptance of the quote, either by email or in writing, cancellation by the client 30 days before the event or later, for whatever reason, may result in a charge of 100% of the agreed fee to the client.

3. From the date of issue the quote is valid for a period of 12 months (unless there are material reasons for it's amendment which will be discussed with the client).

4. The Client agrees that all future bookings of the entertainer within a 2 year period following the initial booking will be done so through Scottish Highland Entertainments.

5. Any event where a performer or band is booked to perform prior to midnight and the start time is delayed till after midnight may be charged an additional surcharge on top of the fee.
